A new district is being developed adjacent to the airport – Gateway Gardens. We are building until 2022 the modern office and retail complex Flow with 37,000 m2 of space on a 8,500 m2 plot. 

Start of construction was in 2019. The new-build’s architecture was developed by the architectural firm KSP Engel and stands out for its curved shape. There are attractive shop spaces for restaurants on the building’s ground floor and state-of-the-art office spaces on the upper floors. The property is being upgraded with hybrid screens in the ceiling, as well as high standards of insulation, and is on the way to gold DGNB certification.
