Due to its efficient development, the EUROPA-CENTER AirDock is just as appealing for multiple tenants with smaller space requirements as it would be for a single major tenant. Due to its proximity to Airbus, office space in Finkenwerder is in great demand among the Group's suppliers. To serve lunchtime needs, a large canteen with an outside terrace is being planned for the ground floor. Additional terrace areas on the 2nd and 4th storeys featuring views of the adjacent park and the Elbe are also in the planning. Modern hybrid canopy ceilings ensure good acoustics and a pleasant room temperature through effective cooling, heating and ventilation. The offices feature a ceiling height of three metres and will be sunny and bright thanks to the large, floor-to-ceiling windows. Glass walls in the interior also provide good lighting for the innermost zones. With the planned façade cladding made of oversized mineral slabs, a bridge will be built between the predominantly clinker brick façades at the Finkenwerder site and the large-format metal façade of the neighbouring building.
