Down

The up-and-coming district of Adlershof is one of the most important business, scientific and media sites in Berlin, and is considered one of Germany’s most successful technology centres. Across 4.2 km² of land, there are approximately 1,000 businesses and facilities, ten non-university research facilities and six institutes affiliated with Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. The Adlershof district is split down the middle by S-Bahn (urban train) lines that have formed a boundary between the residential area (‘Kiez’) on one side, and the industrial park on the other, since the very beginning. In linking both elements, the Adlershof district provides the optimal conditions for a productive and successful site with many synergy effects. The first phase of construction for EUROPA-CENTER Adlerduo was completed in 2008. In the meantime, the property has been expanded by two additional construction phases. As a result, a multi-use office complex with almost 36,000 m² of space in total was built on Rudower Chaussee, which is situated in the centre of the city. Furthermore, our first multi-storey car park in Berlin Adlershof opened in 2016. Our two new buildings will be completed in 2019.

You can find more information on Adlershof on the site’s website. You can find an orientation map here.
