We have already done this and built a multi-storey car park in close proximity to our EUROPA-CENTER Adlerduo. It’s the first in Adlershof, and with 580 parking spaces in total – 80 of which are in a public multi-storey car park – it contributes considerably to improving the parking situation. Every area, whether it’s public or leased, has its own entry with a barrier and access control or parking ticket machine. The well-lit multi-storey car park has also been visually enhanced by planting extensive greenery.
