The EUROPA-CENTER logistics facility that we developed in the LogInPort industrial estate in Bremerhaven is designed for efficiency, practicability and longevity.

It is split into two user units and has all the characteristics of a modern logistics property built for third-party use, such as a large support grid, delivery on two sides and sufficient office and social spaces. Particular advantages are the industrial park’s high-speed communication network (155 Mb/s) as well as the opportunity to maintain operations seven days a week. Additional plots and potential expansion areas for new project developments are available at the site.
