EUROPA-CENTER am ForumModern architecture with a modern design

A new EUROPA-CENTER is being built adjacent to the Adlershof forum, which will stand out from the rest due to its imposing architecture in the shape of a gold-coloured curved façade and large windows.

The project strikes the right balance between an up-and-coming address and a low-key setting. Cost-effectiveness of space, energy efficiency and sustainability are all high priorities. The respective lease spaces are intended for very different target groups such as consultancies, solicitors’ offices or creative agencies, and is becoming a lively attraction due to a storefront with commercial spaces for restaurants, retail and service companies. The aim is to add to the Adlershof Forum, which is already well established, in a meaningful and sustainable way.

The square at the Adlershof Forum is at the heart of the Adlershof site for business and science in Berlin. It represents a central venue in the site, which is characterised by research and media, with its adjoining restaurants, green spaces and university institutes. Our new EUROPA-CENTER is intended to provide businesses with the space to keep expanding their range of services and restaurants.
