EUROPA-CENTER AG is charting an ambitious course characterised by strong growth and expansion across Germany and Europe. Its current legacy - comprising 24 stunning developments - is on its way to even bigger and better heights. To bolster company growth going forward, its founder, majority shareholder and the deputy chairman of the Supervisory Board at EUROPA-CENTER AG, Uwe Heinrich Suhr, is set to transfer shares from private operating companies to EUROPA-CENTER AG. Furthermore, EUROPA-CENTER AG intends to stake a claim in EUROPA-CENTER International GMBH in the near future, with a view to driving forwards its international expansion. The equity capital of EUROPA-CENTER AG will rise beyond the 75 million Euro mark as a result of these measures.
Uwe Heinrich Suhr sees the future as bright: "With my decision, I would like to strengthen the company's equity capital, in order to future-proof both EUROPA-CENTER and its stronghold in the market. I have ever confidence in our management team, which will go on to achieve these expansion goals set as a result of this equity increase. In Germany, we currently have five EUROPA CENTER under development and two abroad. I would like to support this very promising development. "
Ralf-Jörg Kadenbach, CEO of EUROPA-CENTER AG, is delighted by the decision to increase equity: “My colleagues of the Board Thomas Brune, Axel Kiel and I welcome the decision. It establishes a strong financial basis on which to grow with the EUROPA-CENTER brand, both at home and abroad.”
Founding and owning Suhr family transfers further shares of EUROPA-CENTER AG to the non-profit charity EUROPA-CENTER Uwe Heinrich Suhr Foundation
The EUROPA-CENTER Property Group has, since 2001, been a non-listed joint-stock company in which the founder and owner family Suhr are the sole majority shareholders.
